Terms of service

PermaQR is operated by NexusLayer. By buying or using PermaQR you agree to these terms.

What you buy

Each credit lets you create one dynamic QR code. It redirects to a destination you choose for as long as the PermaQR service runs, with no recurring fees. Credits don't expire.

Acceptable use

You may not point codes at illegal content, malware, phishing or deceptive pages. We may disable codes that do, without a refund.

Your dashboard link

Access works through a private link. Anyone with the link can manage your codes, so keep it safe.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of purchase at hello@nexuslayer.eu and we'll refund you.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
